This five-course certificate emphasizes ethics and values, personal development, corporate responsibility and organizational change.

    Admission Requirements

    Admission decisions are based on an undergraduate GPA, GMAT score (if needed), work experience, and other degrees.

    • Complete the Online Application (application fee is waived);
    • Official transcripts for all previous academic work;
    • A resume;
    • Letter of Recommendation (included in the online application); and
    • Applicants are welcome to include any other information they feel is important to the admission consideration. This information can be uploaded while completing the online application.

    Requirements for the Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership and Change Management (15 credits)

    The Graduate Certificate in Ethical Leadership and Change Management is a 15 credit-hour program.

    Required Courses

    • MBA 5210 Personal Development, Ethics, and Social Responsibility (3 credits)
    • MBA 5250 Teamwork and Shared Leadership: Enhancing the Creative Process in Organizations (3 credits)
    • MBA 5850 Organizational Change and Development (3 credits)
    • PYC 5730 Ethical Issues in the Workplace (3 credits)
    • PYC 5750 Leadership Models (3 credits)

    Foundation Courses

    • MBA 5140 Foundations of Management (3 credits)

    Students are required to show competence in management by taking MBA 5140, or an equivalent, or show prior academic preparation through their academic transcripts. Credit will be given for the course taken to fulfill this requirement but this credit will not count towards the certificate.
