Biography
Professor Tolulope J. Falokun joined the university in 2024 as an Assistant Professor of Law after many years working in business, commercial, and technology law. She was a Research Associate for a law firm in Manhattan, New York; a Tech Law Intern for a non-profit organization in South Carolina; and a Research Associate at Harvard University. She has experience working as a Corporate, Commercial, and Technology Law Associate for Templars Law Firm, a Pro Bono Counsel for Justice Development and Peace Commission, and a Legal Intern at Aderemi Olatubora & Co. Law Firm.
She holds a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School. She graduated in 2017 from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria in the top 1% of her class, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree, and in 2018, she earned a Barrister-at-Law certificate from the Nigerian Law School, graduating in the top 1% of her class with First Class Honors. She also earned an Introductory Certificate in Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London.
