Biography

Dr. Fard has over 25 years of experience in oral and maxillofacial prosthodontics and implant surgery. Dr. Fard directs oral and maxillofacial implants, fixed partial treatment planning and removable prosthodontics courses. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Fard is a fellow of Academy of Osseointegration. He served as a chief dental officer for the Omaha tribe of Nebraska, United States Department of Health and Human Service. He has received a special training in providing public health services at Navajo, Pine Ridge, North Dakota nations.

He is an international speaker on implant prosthodontics continuing education courses to practicing dentists and specialists. He serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Fard provides patient care in prosthodontics and implant dentistry at the University of Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ School of Dentistry faculty practice.

Dr. Fard has received many distinguished awards from various universities. He is the recipient of the ADEA/ Zimmer Implant award. He has also received multiple "Outstanding Didactic Faculty of the Year" awards from the University of Ó£ÌÒÊÓƵ.
