Biography
Prof. Al-Qawasmi earned a D.D.S. from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 1994. In 2004, he received a Ph.D. in Dental Sciences and a M.S.D. in Orthodontics from Indiana University. His research interests include population genetics and dissecting genetic and environmental factors involved in clinically relevant conditions. In 2014 he was awarded the Subtelny, Baker, Eastman Teaching Fellowship Award from AAOF. He joined the university in 2011.
